What Is Memoria Digital Archives?

Memoria Digital Archives is a digital cataloging system and online museum solution designed specifically for religious organizationsand historical societies.

What does it do?

DIGITAL CATALOGING

The Memoria digital capture system is a web-based cataloging tool that gives you the ability to catalog digital files. If your files aren't in a digital format, our computer and scanner station gives you the tools you need to digitize your archives, whatever they may be; photos, documents, newspaper articles. The system supports many files types, including JPG, PDF, .WAV.

There are several security levels within the system, giving you the flexibility to share your files with only those who should be viewing them. From 'public' to 'ultra-secure'. The system is flexible and is web-based, so there is nothing to install and nothing to update. The interface is easy to use and allows you to easily recruit volunteers to help with the process.

ONLINE MUSEUM

The Memoria Museum is where your files are shared with your organization, and the public. The online museum will be located at it's own unique web address and is a great way to share your history with your supporters. Files and images that they wouldn't normally get a chance to enjoy.

The files can be searched many different ways, including by 'gallery' and via our innovative 'timeline' feature.

Visitors to your museum can view photos, documents, PDF files. They can also listen to audio and watch video clips. And if you have given them access, they can view high-resolution versions of the files. Giving them the convenience they need and saving you time.

The online museum is a great way to share your history with the world, in a beautiful, branded, user-friendly interface.
